Getting to Spark Arena
Travelling to the Spark Arena for an event couldn’t be easier as the venue is located on Mahuhu Cresent and can be accessed from Beach Road and Quay Street. Surrounding the venue is hotels and restaurants as well as a close distance to public transport.
If you are making your way to Spark Arena by car and wish to park during your visit, please not there is no public parking on the premisis. Therefore the venue encourages it’s visitors to use public transport when possible.
There is however a total of 7,000 carparks within just a 1.2km radius to the Spark Arena, making it possible to park. Choose your location wisely as some streets close by to the arena do have restrictions so it is best to use the public parking available.

Arena Car Park (Dockside Lane, off Tapora Street, about 5 minutes walk)
Britomark Car Park (On the corner of Quay Street and Britomart Place, about 8 minutes walk)
Railway Car Parks (Te Taou Crescent, off Beach Road, about 5 minutes walk)
Tangihua Street Car Park (Tangihua Street, about 6 minutes walk)
Public Transport
For guests traveling by foot and wish to use public transport, there are plenty of options to choose from.
Bus transport is available and the Britomart station is just a 10-15 minute walk to and from the Arena itself. All major bus routes travel to the Britomart platform which will bring you to Britomart Place, onto Beach Road and lastly onto Mahuhu Cresent where you will find Spark Arena.
If you wish to travel by train, once again you will need to travel to Britomart Station. From there it’s a 10-15 minute walk. Outside the station you will find yourself on Customs Street East, continue onto Britomart Place and then Beach Road.
